Specialist VR & NVR tuition groups
I have devised my programme to provide comprehensive preparation for the Wandsworth Test and other VR/NVR entrance exams. Each question type is taught step by step and key VR and NVR strategies are learned and practised so that children feel thoroughly prepared and confident to sit their entrance exams.

Your child will receive their Test Club study pack with all their practice books and equipment ahead of joining the live online sessions, plus you will have access to my bank of strategy videos for the duration of the programme to support their independent practice.

Summer revision courses, mock tests and interview prep.
I offer week-long revision and test prep courses in Battersea and Balham in the summer holidays for children just finishing Year 5.
In early September, I run Wandsworth Test style mock tests in Balham.
For students applying to independent schools, we offer interview prep sessions with our interview expert who has extensive experience in the independent sector.
Kath has been preparing children for their secondary school entrance exams for over ten years, with an enviable track record. In that time, she has helped hundreds of children become test ready and secure offers from their top choice schools. Kath’s path to becoming a tutor began when she was preparing her own daughter and classmates for the 11+. Word quickly spread and soon parents were bringing their children from neighbouring boroughs to attend Kath’s classes so that they could benefit from her expertise. Kath’s students enthuse that they learn so much with Kath and enjoy every minute of her lessons. Parents have described Kath as a sensational teacher and a real-life superhero.
Kath started her teaching career as a class teacher in Greenwich and after having her own children, she retrained as a dyslexia specialist. She is also an experienced teacher trainer, who has led training in schools across the UK. Kath’s proudest professional achievement was writing a teaching manual that is used by schools nationally as part of their DfE approved phonics scheme.
